Founder's Meraki Path

Niza is a Vision Doula of Dominican, Mexican, and Puerto Rican lineage with strong Taino and Mayan ancestry and a story that began in the Bronx.  

With over 20 years working and partnering with the world's largest brands and visionaries, Niza has seen and experienced first-hand the direct connection between personal and business development. 

Niza applies her multifaceted global experience in the corporate, private, and non-profit sectors across Entertainment, Education, Advertising, Wellness, Tech and Hospitality to ground the visions of real world superheroes and change makers.  Her extensive travel to 45+ countries across 5 continents included home stays with native cultures, connecting to sacred ley lines, and volunteer work. After returning from a nearly year-long solo backpacking journey, she had a profound shift that expanded her worldview and healed her from multiple allergies, autoimmune, and reproductive disorders. 

Throughout her journey, and via her former role as VP of Partnerships at Marvel and as Head of Partnerships at conscious co-working & co-living hub, The Assemblage, she quickly learned that a dogmatic, one-size-fits-all approach does not work in any partnership.  She partners with heart-centered CEOs, Founders and companies to develop unique ecosystems and models that create alignment for their business and personal growth, serving as a bridge for the application of modern and ancient technologies. 

Niza is trained in the Akashic Records and has met and learned from powerful teachers across multiple modalities. She is also an advocate for children and has a strong connection with the Kichwa community in the Ecuadorian Amazon. Over the last 7 years, she has been learning about plant medicines, sacred economies, land cultivation, and supporting education plans for children to retain ancestral knowledge.  In the most profound role of her life to-date, she had the honor to be an in-home hospice caretaker for her Grandmother that helped raise her and went deeper into her Taino lineage and practices. Niza holds dual degrees in International Business and Marketing from Penn State University.
